How to Apply

All registrations must be made online through the online registration website. Registration deadline is 29 March 2020.

Selection Criteria

This event will be open for 96 participants, divided over two groups of 48 participants. Each group of 48 participants will follow 1,5 day programme. Once you have been selected you will be informed to which group you have been allocated. For more information please check the scientific programme.

After the registration is closed on 29 March a selection will be made based on the following criteria:

  1. EAU  membership, Priority is given to those who are or become a member before the registration deadline.
  2. ESTs1 certified, Priority is given to those who have passed the ESTs1 exam. Depending on the number of applicants, we do accept those who have attended an ESTs1 course.
  3. First, come – first served selection with a maximum of 96 participants

The meeting and max. 3 nights of accommodation are included in the application. Accommodation will be booked for all participants at Hotel Occidental Prague. You need to arrange and cover your own travel and transfer costs.

Confirmation participation

By 3 April 2020 you will receive a definite confirmation by email if you have, or have not been selected to participate in the course.
