How to apply

Selection Criteria

This workshop is available for 32 participants, which will be split into groups of 16. Each group of 16 participants will follow a 1.5 day programme. Once you have been selected to participate, you will be informed to which group you have been allocated. For more information please check the scientific programme.

After the registration deadline on 3 September, a selection will be made based on the following criteria:

  1. EAU membership: Priority will be given to those who are, or become a member prior the registration deadline.
  2. ESTs1 certified: Priority will be given to those who have passed the ESTs1 exam. Depending on the number of applicants, we will consider those who have attended an ESTs1 workshop but not taken the exam.
  3. First, come – first served selection with a maximum of 32 participants

Fees & inclusions

To participate in the course, the following registration fees apply:

  • EAU Members – €100
  • Non-members – €194
  • Financial support is available for lower-income countries:

The EAU can offer you financial support with your registration fees for this event, based on the World Bank Classification of the country you work in. If your country is classified as a B-country (Upper-Middle Income Economy), you will receive 20% support. If your country is classified as a C-country (Lower-Middle Income Economy) you will receive 40% support. If your country is classified as a D-country (Low-Income Economy) you will receive 60% support. You need to be an EAU member (with an up-to-date membership) and your registration cannot otherwise be sponsored by a pharmaceutical company. To apply for financial support on your registration, please contact the European School of Urology (ESU).

The following is included in the meeting:

  • 1 night accommodation including breakfast.
    Accommodation will be booked for all participants. Any additional costs, including extra nights and double room supplement, will be at your own expense. You need to arrange and cover your own travel and transfer costs. 
  • Coffee breaks and lunch

Confirmation participation

After 3 September 2025, you will receive a definite confirmation by email if you have, or have not been selected to participate in the course.

Cancellation

The deadline for cancellation is 15 October 2025. Cancellations should be sent in writing to the congress secretariat on or before 15 October. When cancelling after 15 October 2025 a fee of € 375 will be charged.
